    The food took almost 2 hours to arrive and some of it was cold. Finally arrived just before 10pm on Monday night and the guy said the restaurant was very busy! Monday night in Epping? Yeah right   (Robert - September, 2012)

    We ordered at 7.13, food was supposed to arrive at 7.52 but after chasing them 3 times over the phone(no apology or explanation was given). Food arrived at 9.20   (Tish - August, 2012)

    We ordered food at 6.50 to have our food arrive an hour after said delivery time at 8.30. Needless to say the food was cold and the nann bread soggy. Though it all tasted fine when we heated everything up.

    We had to call up three times to chase the order ourselves without being called once to explain. Not happy enough with service to use again.   (Bek - July, 2012)

    Terrible terrible terrible! We waited two Hours!!! And were not given any information as to what was taking so long. We rang up twice in this time and the guy kept saying they were busy, five more minutes- half an hour later we still had no food. 10:30 at night and our guests left unfed- so embarrassing!     The restaurant called to say they wouldn't be able to supply 2 of the 6 items ordered. Then, when the food arrived, I found they had substituted an item I had ordered with something else. Cost of order - $50. Items that couldn’t be supplied - $15. Half the items not delivered as ordered – Priceless!!!   (Burges - July, 2010)
