How your order is processed:

  1. Your order is transmitted to this restaurant the instant you submit your order,

    The food is always amazing here, no matter what you buy, you won't be disappointed. Having tried a number of dishes here I can say that their pizzas are awesome, their pastas are full of flavour, and the steak is one of the best in the northern suburbs.

    Soup was all water with no flavor at ALL. Horrible. Would not order again.

    Steak was delicious! Seriously, nice one. Mushroom sauce is yummy.

    Steak salad was 4/10. Maybe because too much onion gave a rather unpleasant flavor to the salad after being in it's container for almost an hour (delivery time).

    I think next time I will ask for onion removal and of course, no soup.   (David - November, 2012)

    Really disappointed with Nat's place. It took 1hr and 50 mins to arrive and when it did arrive it was cold.

    So what was to be a hot pizza oven pizza was a reheated microwave one!

    When I phoned I was told they were down 3 drivers and that they were very busy, however pizza's were still being made fresh for the delivery driver. Seemed contradictory to me.

    There is a far superior pizza place on Plenty Rd which we will be returning to.

    After reading all the reviews Im prepared to wait extra 1 hour than designated. But Im surprised to find that the delievery was right on time. Whilst the food is not top of the range, the speed is definitely commendable.   (Zhiyuan - August, 2012)

    Been in the food industry for 25 Years, own a food business in Carlton for Ten years and use Nat's Place for my kids after a long day once a week, i can't see what some people are complaining about, just remeber people its not McDonalds and good food takes time. i guess some people are uneducated to the food industry Great Job Nat's keep it up.   (Peter - July, 2012)

    I love the wood fired pizza and foods.

    But, why is this place so unreliable and disappointing with delivery time. Also if I make a specific food that the chef isn't happy with, the phone staff may want to make sure I can't hear the chefs displeasure over the phone. Pretty much I recommend pick up so not to get disappointed. Quoting over an hour for mid week order and still being late, just isn't good enough.
