Food was very tasty and hot. Value is a little expensive, but what you expect to pay from a restaurant in Newtown. Only downside was waiting more than 30 minutes after the estimated delivery time had elapsed (which was 1.05 hrs from time we placed the order) to receive our dinner. Otherwise it was great! Can I say that I have used this restaurant a lot and the food is generally excellent but tonight it was POOR. The vegetable dansak was tired, but most importantly, the prawn dish was terrible. The prawns were tough And shrivelled like they were a week old! Very disappointing. (Jaimie - March, 2013)

I can't say enough good words about these guys. The food is almost always excellent and when there are 'problems' they're very small things (like a switched naan or a little bit of spillage in the carry container, NEVER about the quality or speed). We've ordered so, so, SO many times and it's honestly the best local in Glebe. We've tried probably about 75% of their menu and keep coming back. Often they quote us 1 hour delivery and arrive within 30-45 minutes. OUTSTANDING! (Nick - See my reviews (11) - March, 2013)

I am actually glad I tried this place. Delivery took about 55 mins, but considering the fact that food was delivered hot n was delicious and it was a Friday night, Ill not be too much worried bout the delivery time. I'm not used to giving bad reviews but... worst delivery experience I've had so far since ordering via menulog.
It wasn't so much the amount of time it took it was a combination of factors.
Estimated 45mins and took 90mins(was middle of week order). I've had longer but when it arrived the food was pretty much cold.
In terms of value the following problems occured. No lamb chop included in the sizzler, the Dhal Madras had less than a quarter of the dish was actually lentils, the rest was sauce. And I can't be 100% sure but it seemed that the Spicy Crab had "seafood stick" mix in it to bulk it out as opposed to all crab. Perhaps I'm wrong though.
And just in general the mains included a terrible sauce/solids ratio, plus there are others things I could whinge about too. Even if it didn't have all these problems it was a bit overpriced anyway.
Admittedly the quality of the food was ok though which was the only thing going for it.
But overall a terrible experience and won't be ordering again, nor would recommend it. (nathan - See my reviews (61) - December, 2012)
