Overall, really great thanks

Waited quite a while for our meals to be service, however the food quality, service & ambience made up for it. Overall we had a very pleasant lunch.

My fiance Mark and I booked our night out a the Negroni over the internet, been from Bendigo we had no idea what to expect. We were both very happy with the experience, the food was excellent and the chef was more than happy to alter the set menu to cater for our needs.. The service was fantastic, the waiters very friendly and they had a good understanding of the food they were serving and could explain the process of the food prep and the ingredients. The Negroni is located in a beautiful old building and the surroundings and venue its self was stunning, very well presented restaurant - a credit to the management!! I would highly recommend Negroni and would be delighted to dine there again . Thank you Negroni for a lovely start to our new year celebrations... Anne and Mark Sorrentino

At close to $20 for a bowl of pasta, I expected freshly cooked, not re-heated. Drinks were also extremely overpriced, and the coffee was not worthy of the name. The restaurant was stuffy and lacking atmosphere. Perhaps I went on a bad day.

Beautiful atmosphere downstairs in Winter! Service not the best (been here 3 times now) and the food has been good as well. Tapas very nice!

Waited 20 minutes for service when we arrived, even though we had a booking. Once they realised the error, service was excellent

On the day we went for lunch staff appeared to be a rarity and we had quite a wait for our food. The place does have a good look and feel and would be a fine if you had a couple of hours to spend.

I love going to Negroni, especially for business lunch, you are right in the middle of the city, but can feel relaxed especially down stairs! one of my fav places to go

As a first time visitor I found my experience to be extremely pleasant. I sat downstairs with my friend and we enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere were served by humerous and courteous staff. I will recommend Negroni to people I know as a great city getaway and I will return. Thank you.

Superb! I like a quality eatery as much as the next person and I will certainly be calling on Negroni in the not too distant future. The dining area is downstairs, very spacious and well maintained; I liked the wine bottles on the walls; on display for your pleasure. I sampled Fish of the day which was grilled whiting, salad and potatoes. Short wait for the food and it was delicious; a kiwi Sav Blanc for drinks was the perfect accompliment. Strawberries and ice cream for dessert. Pricing certainly matched the food and I have no hesitation recommending this restaurant to all and sundry.
