    The food is quite good, but they cannot get the orders right.

    I've ordered from them twice, both orders small (4items), and both times the order was missing something.

    Tonight after waiting an hour for delivery, I immediately checked and found an item missing, which I told the delivery driver. He promised to be back in 15 minutes with the item.

    After waiting an hour I called the restaurant only to be told they had again forgotten about it.

    I would definitely eat at the restaurant because the food is good, but if you can't get a 4 item delivery order correct, you won't be getting more of my delivery business.

    They do not have Ham or Cheese in the menu, I have had the " Only on Menu" a few times and found it to be un inspiring, they will not custom make with cheese or ham which is disturbing but not unexpected given the area, Must be halal Chinese or something.   (Charles - See my reviews (2) - June, 2012)

    This is our first time experience with New Harmony Chinese Restaurant.

    We ordered the:

    - Lemon Chicken,

    - Mongolian Style Garlic Beef

    - And Salt & Pepper King Prawn & Squid

    This came to $40 with an additional $6 delivery fee.

    We ordered the meal early at 6.40pm and the meal was delivered at 8.15pm. The delivery took extremely long.

    When the order was received, the food was barely warm. The lemon chicken and the salt and pepper king prawn and squid were placed in a paper bag.

    The salt and pepper king prawn and squid was extremely bland.

    The Mongolian style garlic beef was okay.

    We did not even eat the chicken as it tasted like soggy chicken nuggets.

    The lemon chicken did not have any lemon sauce on it. When we called back to ask whether the delivery guy had forgotten the lemon sauce and were told that the chef forgot the lemon sauce.

    They did not offer a refund. They just suggested that next time we order from them that they would offer an extra dish.

    That wont be happening as we will not be ordering from New Harmony Chinese Restaurant again.   (Sabrina - June, 2012)

    The Food was great but don't try and pay using a Credit Card. I selected to pay with Visa but the driver wouldn't accept and forced me to pay cash. My visa card has had the amount of the order blocked on it. Don't get caught Pay cash.   (Karen - February, 2012)
