Food was excellent. (As always. Never been less than excellent) Service was the WORST I have ever experienced. Ever!!! Absolutly Ever, anywhere. Main waitress servicing our table showed no interest in us at all. She shoved a menu in my hand One menu for eleven people) whilst we were still getting seated and wanted to know what we were going to have. When I explained we needed time to decide she appeared annoyed? Meat dish which three of us had ordered came out 15 - 20 min after the other main meals. No apollogy no explanation. A request for grilled veg's by the one adult vegan ended up being served under the three childrens meat dishes and was obviously not acceptable to the vegan. My wifes second entree (two entrees instead of a main) just didn't arrive. Table number was wrong when I went to pay the bill. I didn't argue over bill when I saw the second entree was on it, as was just pleased to leave and decided the amount was too small $7.50 to argue over. We could have moaned on the evening but is not in our nature to make a scene. Certainly puts me off going again and as we have been many times before for family birthdays as they cater for larger groups its a loss to us. Previous occasions the staff have been wonderfull, explaining the meals and meal sizes with a smile. Sad to see the change. Hopefully by the and go again but I doubt it.
