    Light years ahead of the competition on the Gold Coast

    Friendly and professional service, although we dined on a Thursday afternoon so it was very quiet. The quality of the food could not be faulted. I would definately recomend this restaurant.

    Chefs

    Kane - Kane’s father owned an Izakaiya in Tokyo so all of his life has involved traditional training in Japanese Sushi cooking.

    Takafumi - Takafumi trained in Japan as a traditional Japanese chef. He worked on the Gold Coast for many years as a Japanese chef. He is O-Sushi`s original Hot Food Chef.

    Takayuki - Trained in Western cooking in japan for 3 years. Then trained in sushi cooking in USA for 5 years.
