The Brasserie is located upstairs in the Saloon Bar and only a minute walk from the main house. The Brasserie offers a casual dining atmosphere similar to a Bistro. The menu consists of wood fired gourmet pizzas and a variety of menu options to choose from. Winner Best Regional Brasserie in NSW 2007. Co-Winner of Best Brasserie in NSW 2008. AHA Awards.
