  4. Menulog customer service representatives monitor orders to ensure they are confirmed immediately by the restaurant,
  5. The restaurant prepares the food and delivers directly to your door.
Menulog Voucher Terms and Conditions
  1. Only Menulog issued vouchers are accepted.
  2. Available only at restaurants that display 'Vouchers Accepted',
  3. Menulog facilitates the discount and pays the full amount directly to the restaurant.
  4. Vouchers can only be used in conjunction with paying via credit card,
  5. Must be used before its expiry date,
  6. Vouchers can only be used in full (ie. no change is given).
  7. Voucher code to be entered at end of checkout process.
  8. Final amount owing after voucher applied will be shown at the top of the credit card entry page.
  9. Menulog reserves the right to charge the value of the voucher to your allotted credit card if we determine that the voucher was redeemed contrary to the terms of use.

    I ordered the Chorizo gourmet pizza, took a long time to arrive, not enough toppings. I also agree with Christy from Sept 2012 that its a bit much to charge a delivery fee of $6.00 irrelevant of how much you order!   (Scott - April, 2013)

    I don't understand how this place has so many identical-sounding rave reviews of full 10's. It looks really suspicious.

    The meatlovers pizza I ordered had hardly anything on it, there were lots of areas that contained no toppings besides a bit of cheese. You could almost find more meat in a vegetarian dish.

    I ordered 5 chicken wings and got two and a half wings, cut up. They were very bland and tasted boiled, and were covered in a horrible sauce.   (Kah Heng - See my reviews (3) - February, 2013)
