outstanding restaurant , great food   (July, 2008)

Food waitress was the best - wine waiter - what wine waiter - servicve was not there for wine - we had to keep asking. When we arrived the party before us had their coats taken - we were ignored..When seated the food waitress gave great service and from then on there was no other service. We were looking for turkish food and found modern australian. Three others ordered the beef and when it arrived it was cold. This was $35 per main and to have cold. We will not return - due to kitchen being over commited for amount of diners. As a consequence we are home having coffee and liqueurs.   (Erena Wood - May, 2008)

Beautiful ambience and great choice for our anniversary dinner. The service, although quite satisfactory on the whole, lacked the finishing touches one would expect of such a highly regarded restaurant - possibly due to new staff. On the whole it is one place that will be embedded in our memories for a while to come and one place I will certainly recommend to others and visit again myself.   (Avi - See my reviews (3) - May, 2008)
