    Mild. Dinner buffet was the leftovers from Lunch!!! Potatoes were hard, Beef was left to soak in water, pumpkin was hard and carrots were tough. Very little flavour. Desert was apple crumble on it'...

      Mild. Dinner buffet was the leftovers from Lunch!!! Potatoes were hard, Beef was left to soak in water, pumpkin was hard and carrots were tough. Very little flavour. Desert was apple crumble on it's own, dried out and a bit hard. No custard or cream was available. Made to order foods looked great.   (AndrewE - November, 2011)
