Overall we enjoyed our first time at this restaurant. The views over the beach are beautiful. The service was friendly, fast and efficient. The order of Salmon was good, but lacked in the amount of food that was served on the plate with it.

For the price a small bowel of salad included would have been nice.   (quokka - See my reviews (2) - May, 2010)

Went there for the first time August 2008 and loved it! Food was delicious, well presented and cooked to perfection. Great modern decor, well lit and airy. However, upon returning in February 2009 it was a disappointment. A group of 8 of us had requested a table outside on the balcony for a Friday night celebration. The accoustics were so bad that over the music coming from inside, people one end of the table could honestly not hear a word that people the other end of the table were saying! The food was just ok...the gnocchi was obviously bought-in and quite doughy and the chef had used far too much oil in most of the dishes. The presentation was poor on dishes like the risotto and the gnocchi, but the steaks and fish dishes were presented beautifully. The service was inconsistant, with too much attention from wait staff earlier in the evening and too little by about 8pm, having to wait ages to order a drink. Hopefully this place will get back on track as it could be a little gem...and we need more of those in the far northern suburbs!   (Beth - See my reviews (2) - May, 2009)

Have eaten there 3 times and every meal has been excellent. Can get noisy on friday evening but that doesnt detract from the great food and service   (goodison - See my reviews (2) - December, 2008)
