  Love the passion for food served by staff! The divine scent of the cooking in the kitchen blended with the candellabra, mmmmmm then you get to taste the DIVINE flavours and experience the art and the taste on your plate!   We had beef carpaccio and calamari entrees, rump and shoulder of lamb mains, deliciously cooked. Carpaccio was very tender, have not had that before. Dessert was a letdown as chocolate cake with figs was too dry(stale?). Strawberry with zabiglione had a smidgen too much sugar for such a large serving but melted in the mouth nonetheless. Service at Pazzos is spectacularly efficient and respectful but acoustics are woeful particularly in a full Saturday night house. Lighting great though.   (May, 2008)
