  First of all they said we weren't booked in. I had to show the confirmation email on my iPhone for the rude manager to believe me. Then the voucher was meant to give us a bottle of wine and they only gave a glass each. and the food portions were smaller than usual. I asked for well done but got medium rare for my main. A bad thing was that one main was meant to include prawns- there were no prawns in it! We didn't complain but we should have! Terrible!!

  Was a shame because the food was good inspite of being small portions, but due to bad service and a terrible manager my experience was totally ruined!

  This was one of the BEST dining experiences in a long time. Four of us and we all were more than happy with each of our entrees, mains and sweets. The service was prompt and friendly the food was superb with a wide choice. We all said we'll be back.   (See my reviews (2) - October, 2011)

  We have always loved the Peppercorn@Cremorne dining experience. There are a couple of things that we really love about Peppercorn at Cremorne. First, is the quality of food served, from entree, main course, dessert, and coffee. They garnish the food really well and the chef makes sure that there is a twist in every dish. Secondly, the value for money is out of the question. with a nice plate in a really good ambiance for less cost, you cannot ask for more. and lastly, the service! The staff are extremely friendly and they always look after us from the beginning till the end of our meal. a really good experience dining in this restaurant. a guarantee for satisfaction! definitely recommend it.   (April, 2011)

  Disaster.... Entree was very nice but partner and I were both presented with mains covered in cold sauces.

  Upon saying it was cold and unacceptable were informed that it can be chucked back in the oven for a bit.......thats exactly what you do with a medium rare steak!!!...not.

  Manager was informed we wanted to discuss with him the matter and proceeded to ignore us.....i'm sure the food would have been nice if served correctly....but at the prices, it should have been better....oh...and whatever you do....dont complain....they're not interested.
