    Following a stunning refurbishment Perfect Restaurant has now re-opened and is causing a stir throughout Sydney. John Perfect has been appointed as the new Head Chef of Perfect Restaurant the youngest chef to ever be awarded One Chef's Hat in Australia. Signature dishes include Roasted Canadian Scallops with black truffle risotto, Braised Pheasant with potato mousse, truffle and parmesan and pan fried Mahi-Mahi with braised mussels, faro and lime and coconut broth. The clinking of glasses, animated chatter and soft laughter complete the scene.
