  My partner and I love this place - the food is consistently outstanding and the value is good. The packed in tables and the buzzy noise levels add to an experience that everyone should encounter. Go the Bo Luc Lac (excuse the spelling) - a beautiful charred beef fillet with lime salt/pepper and watercress .... yum   (MooseGeneral - See my reviews (9) - May, 2009)

  Amazing food at a tiny restaurant with a cult following. Booked tables hard to do since there are so many people waiting outside vying for a table, but if you are lucky enough to get a seat then the food is worth it. Delicious, fresh and healthy, with a wide range of flavours, and nothing that will break the bank. Service is extraordinarily prompt once you get seated, with dishes arriving minutes after ordering. Whilst it is noisy, that adds to the buzzing environment and is reminiscent of south east Asia. A truly top notch Asian eatery well worth waiting for.   (james - See my reviews (2) - April, 2009)

  We had booked a table through Menulog for 8.30 no problem. At 8.15 I had the restaurant calling me asking where I was. I said I was 10 or 15 mins away, she wasn't happy. She called me again at 8.20 asking the same question screaming down the phone where was I. At 8.25 guess what !!! this time screeching how long will I be. We arrived promptly at 8.30 to a very frosty reception. The restaurant is extremely NOISY !!!!! and staff are quite frantic. The waitress screamed at us how to order the food and pointed to our table. The food came in a flash and the table was cleared just as the last of us had put down our chopsticks.

  Apart from this very disappointing experience, the food is top notch. If we hadn't been treated so shabbily, the noise and frantic service wouldn't have bothered us, but after the treatment we received I don't think I'll be going back there in a hurry. Although a take away might be in order as the food was delicious.   (Steven - December, 2006)
