only ever had a few problems with the lassi drink but other than that the food is excellant. Don't order expecting it straight away though. the deliveries always take roughly an hour no matter what time I order but the great value for money and tasty food make up for it (Dale - See my reviews (2) - March, 2013)

I have ordered from here before with a better experierience than this. I ordered for 8.30PM, they came at 5.30PM, Then again at 8.20PM. I have a good feeling the food was re-heated, as normally the Lamb is very Tender but this time was tough. Would have been great if food was on time and Fresh. (Disie - February, 2013)

Have eaten at Phoolwari regularly for a couple of years at this point. Food quality is typically very good for a take-away restaurant and they've managed to maintain it at a high standard, despite occasional slips. Delivery is almost always exactly as quoted, value for money is very good - they have a good customer loyalty program and no minimum order requirement. Recommended. We often get curry delievered from phoolwari and although the food is great often things have been forgotten off the order. On at least 3 occasions our soft drink has been forgotten. Tonight our drink, pappadums, and naan were all missing. The driver could not give us any change. A shame as the food is good but the delivery side is very hit and miss. Great food, Nice guy's. But there deliveries let the side down, Out of the last twenty or so take aways we've had, at least half were missing something, sometimes a main or a naan or a Lassie, If only they could get it right before they left the shop, they would have the best delivery restaurant around. It's hard to recommend to friends Phoolwari when they can't deliver. My friend's have a go at me for Phoolwari's incompetence.
