Beautifully presented with fresh season ingredients. The favourite of the night was fresh angel hair pasta with spanner crab, tomato and a hint of chilli, the main of sliced duck breast confit leg and thigh served with braised radicchio and figs was a very close second. All in all a wonderful night and will certainly go back   (Rosscoe - February, 2010)

Decidedly unimpressed, was looking forward to a 'dining experience' and instead found reasonable (not exceptional) food and substandard service. Please don't let this be the best Hobart has to offer.   (sadly - October, 2009)

I had lunch there,rabbit with raised fennel, peas and gnocchi.. exquisite, the gnocchi melted on the tongue, dessert was decadent - Belgian chocolate cake

Totally divine. Loved the food. Highly recommended.

I had gnocchi with honey glazed duck. My dining partners had a cheesy tortellini (it was divine), lamb shanks and spagattini with calamari ....we also had some sides - baked potatoes with pine nut aioli (oral joy), green beans with garlic and roast almonds, warm olives and ciabata bread.... We shared desserts - a chocolate mouse cake which was lush and a tiramisu which had too much alcohol in it for my taste! It is not cheap there ($28 - $40 for mains) but definitely worth a special night out :)
