What are Reward Points?
We reward members with restaurant vouchers. All orders at participating restaurants made by you earn reward points (provided you also review the restaurant afterwards), which can be used to pay for these vouchers.
How can I spend my Reward Points?
Once you have accumulated enough Reward Points, you will be given access to our voucher area where you will be able to select from our range of available vouchers.
How do I know how many points I earn?
With orders, the value of the order will vary the amount of points you earn. Once your order has been confirmed, we show you how many points you have potentially earned for that particular order in the confirmation email.
When can I use my points?
Immediately after your order is confirmed at a participating restaurant, you will see your points in your pending account. 45 days after you have dined from the restaurant, the points will (provided you have also reviewed that restaurant after you have dined) automatically become active and you are able to use them.
