Speed ratings are based on user reviews given by customers who have ordered from Menulog before. Ratings are calculated on a scale of 1-10.

How your order is processed:

  1. Your order is transmitted to this restaurant the instant you submit your order,
  2. The restaurant confirms your order and advises us of the current delivery estimate,
  3. You automatically receive a confirmation email and/or sms with the updated delivery estimate AND contact information for the restaurant (should you experience any issues with the food or delivery),
  4. Menulog customer service representatives monitor orders to ensure they are confirmed immediately by the restaurant,
  5. The restaurant prepares the food and delivers directly to your door.

    Ordered based on the reviews and was less than impressed. I live in Caringbah and the meal took 1hr and 20mins to arrive. I asked for no onion and of course there was onion all over my pizza. Salad had no dressing and the garlic bread was soggy. Should have just ordered dominos!!   (Jessica - May, 2013)

    Placed the order at 6.19pm on a Sunday night. Ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. When it hadn't arrived by 7.45pm I called the restaurant and was told it will be there in 5 minutes. At 8pm still no sign of any food. Rang again and was told it would be another 5 minutes! I told them that it was already over 1 hour 40 minutes since I'd placed the order, the restaurant being at Caringbah and me at Gymea, it doesn't take that long! Plus they had already told me it would be 5 minutes more 15 minutes prior. Absolutely unacceptable! He promised me it would be only 5 minutes more as the meal was currently with the driver, and he would refund the price of my order in full.

    At 8.25pm, over 2 hours since the order was placed it finally arrived. When I asked the driver for the salad I ordered he told me that they'd ran out. Would have been good to have been informed of that during one of the conversations I had with the restaurant!!!

    I ordered based on the reviews on this site and was so terribly disappointed. Pizzas were lukewarm. Would not order from here again. Oh and still waiting for that refund.   (Victoria - April, 2013)

    Super friendly delivery guy and speedy delivery but I was actually quite disappointed with the pizza's. They were both a bit dry and my potato pizza was very bland.     First time order for us with Portofino. The service is just something you no longer find in Sydney with delivery drivers. A true local, kind and very proud of the product had us keen to try the pizza immediately after he left.

    Pizza arrived very warm, toppings were ridiculously fresh, the sauce used for base was delicious ( which is normally make or break for pizza) We are so happy we have finally found a local pizzeria that doesn't compromise quality or service !
