Chef | Paola Pastorello - Born in Lecco “Lake Como” in the northern part of Italy. Paolo commenced his career in Chiavenna Italy at the Instituto Professionale Alberghiero Di Stato in 1983 at the ripe old age of 15.
Paolo’s knowledge and expertise had grown by working in Italy, St Moritz Switzerland, Austria and New Zealand. His cooking skills adapting to suit the particular cuisine and regions. |
