As our grandma used to say “you can’t have a proper meal without having a plate of pasta”. Pasta has always been the core of our family meal. The love for this simple and delicious dish and its tradition brought us to open a pasta place.

We are four friends from Toscany and Emilia- Romagna, with a great passion for Italian food. Our dream is to bring to Australian people the authentic Italian food that you could find in Florence or Bologna at a reasonable price.

We paired up with a big local farm not far from Sydney that delivers us great fresh food everyday. In this way we can have the freshest local ingredients to prepare the most delicious of our Tosco- Emiliano traditional recipes.
