    Second use of your service....first time delivery was exactly on time....very good....however second time, delivery was to be in about an hours time and was HALF AN HOUR LATE!!! Looking at your overall ratings this seems to be a recurring problem???

    If an sms message was sent, updating the expected time, this would improve your service greatly!   (Colin - April, 2013)

    Delivery was almost 2 hours late! Really unacceptable, they should put a more reasonable expected delivery time. Most of the food was fantastic, but I was disappointed with the Paneer Makani, it is so unbearably sweet - completely unlike any other Indian restaurant where they usually have a tomato tandoor taste.   (Nina - April, 2013)

    This is my first order from rangmahal. I moved from England with my family. My neighbour recommend about rang mahal. I ordered through menulog it is so easy order through online. I picked up the butter chicken and vindaloo was great . I never thought the butter chicken will be so nice the meat is very tender. I never had a good Indian food as rangmahal even in England as well. Vindaloo was perfectly hot. One of the best Indian food I ever had....we will be back...keep it up the good standards.   (See my reviews (2) - February, 2013)

    This was my second order from Rang Mahal. Last time the food was good, except for the garlic naan, which was dry and hard. This time we skipped the naan altogether. The pappadums were not cooked properly. In fact, the centre of one serving (we ordered 2), was uncooked. The pakoras were not crispy, a lot more greasy than others I've had, it vegetables were not fresh at all. The beef in the vindaloo was tough. The only decent dish was butter chicken.     We had the worst home delivery service I've ever experienced. We ordered at 6.15, and were given an expected time of arrival of 6.58pm. When the food hadn't arrived by 7.15 I gave them a call. They said their driver had had a flat tyre and they'll send someone else and it would be 25 mins. When it still hadn't arrived at 8pm I called again. They told me it was on it's way but could be another 25 mins. I told them it was getting late and I didn't want it but it was too late. The food arrived at 8.20pm and the driver said they were very busy, and it wasn't a flat tyre. Our food was alright but we scoffed it down as we were so hungry. I'LL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN   (September, 2012)
