Great value, when you order entrees you get a free sample soup, order dessert get a free gift dessert. I think it's great. (Jones - December, 2006)

"Located in the bustling centre of Hobart’s crowded eating strip, relative newcomer Restaurant 373 has quickly established itself as a major player on the foodie scene...Inside the restaurant, the mood is elegant and modern: soft lighting, warm white walls offset by wine-reds, a decorative pressed tin roof in keeping with the building’s heritage, and dark woods throughout. The ambience is enhanced by what’s on the uncluttered tables: crisp linen, dashing utensils and spiffy glassware. Of course, this understated elegance only enhances the true star of 373 — the food."
