    The result is a tantalizing selection of home-made pasta dishes, breads, pizzas and desserts, complemented by our chefs’ unique signature dishes. All meals are prepared fresh to order, and we also offer tasting plates for those who can’t decide.

    No Italian meal is complete without fine wine so we offer an extensive selection of Australian and New Zealand wines, as well as other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Coffee-lovers can also savor an unforgettable coffee - made from an exclusive blend.

      Went here a few nights ago. The most fabulous dining experience in a long time! Excellent food, great wine and lovely service. We have dined in many a restaurant around the world and did not expect much. We were blown away. Will definitely recommend this place to others.well done!   (August, 2008)

    Chris Roach - Sous Chef Chris Roach. Chris comes straight from an 18 month stint at "Lizard Island Resort". A truly unmatched 5 star resort for quality and luxury. Chris was responsible for daily degustation menu's that never failed to wow even the most stringent and high profile guests. Chris has a natural flair for combining traditional styles and dishes with modern techniques to produce food that is sure to delight all that dine at Rimini.

    Jamie Ah Gee - Owner / Chef. Award winning chef chosen to represent Australia twice at the the "Trans Tasman" culinary games. Jamie has worked in some of Australia's most awarded kitchen's and restaurants. Jamie's extensive Italian cuisine experience stems back to his time as executive chef at the "Mildura Grand Hotel" where he worked along side Stefano De Pieri in "Stefano's Cantina". Jamie is a member of Salon Culinaire and abides by it's code of practice and conduct.
