Up until now i have been searching for a late night cafe serving a decent coffee and I finally found one. When I took a seat, I wasn't really expecting much. There's nothing special about the design, the atmosphere or the food, but the buzz of George street on a Friday night and the coffee more than compensated. Serving a Vittoria roast was initially a turn off, but I was pleasantly surprised when I tasted my first coffee. My Latte was smooth, full-flavoured and consistent from my first sip till my last. The aroma was comforting, milk and grind were just right. I enjoyed it so much I felt the need to thank their barista. This definitely has to be the best late night coffee I have ever had. I highly recommend trying this place out.
