      I have been to Roley's on the Ridge twice now and have really enjoyed it both times. The fppd that Bradley Richards and his team prepare and cook is very tasty and exciting to eat. I had the Brochette to start and then the Chardonnay Marinated Chicken just delicious. I cannot wait to come back again! (Deb - September 2011)   (September, 2011)

      Food is delicious and creatively presented, but with decent serves. Staff are accommodating and friendly, and quick. If you go for dinner go a bit earlier- after sunset there is no view.

      Our family had a 60th Wedding Anniversary at Roley's which was attended by 31 people. One extra person turned up, and posed no problem, staff quietly set about setting another place. The Chef's platters as entrees were wonderful. We chose from Roley's Menu, and all main meals arrived at the tables with no more than a five minute interval between first and last plate. The wait staff knew where each plate was to be placed, and all service was with a smile. Everyone had a great time, plenty to eat and drink and we still came in at $200 under budget. Great night, which is still being talked about by the "olds". Thanks Melanie for your help in organising the function.
