Roundhouse Roti is a dedicated roti-making facility specialising in freshly made roti chanai.
Roti Chanai consists of flasy Malaysian flat bread combined with a sauce of either chicken curry or dhal.
The dish is eaten by tearing small segments of the bread, dropping them into the sauce and fishing them out with fingers or a fork.
