Our fruit and vegetables are privately selected through a small company in Perth , then delivered twice a week and our seafood while obviously frozen, is premium quality.
While it’s all fine to have great produce and a selection of places to enjoy your meal, it means very little without that perfect ingredient, the put-it-together, the Chef.
Chef | Michael Mullavey - he also contributes to our family flair by being our cousin. This not only ensures Michael ’s passion for his food is passed onto you, so is his passion for the Royal Mail Hotel. |
