How your order is processed:

  1. Your order is transmitted to this restaurant the instant you submit your order,

  3. You automatically receive a confirmation email and/or sms with the updated delivery estimate AND contact information for the restaurant (should you experience any issues with the food or delivery),
  4. Menulog customer service representatives monitor orders to ensure they are confirmed immediately by the restaurant,
  5. The restaurant prepares the food and delivers directly to your door.

    Food was below average, didn't finish it and decided to make a sandwich instead =/ Nice staff and arrived on time, didn't make the food any better though, will not be ordering from here again.

    Royal Orchid never lets me down. Excellent curry dishes. Delivery is always on time as promised. Easily the best choice for take away around here.

    Service from restaurant was OK, food was pretty average. Delivery took over 90 minutes. It wasn't too bad, but I'll be trying somewhere different next time.

    Boooked through menulog - confirmed that they got the order but after one hour we rang and they kept saying the order was on its way, one and an hours after the due time for the order we obvioudly cancelled. We asked for a substantial reduction in price ( we are long term repeated customers in our area - or so we thought) they declined, so we pulled the plug. Moral of the story - loyalty is not everything. Avoid this restaurant, I reminded them about our loyalty, they couldnt give a shit, stand with me and give them a wide birth. Very Unhappy

    Veg Penang was excellent. Really nice selection of veg. Beef red curry was not quite as enjoyable as meat was very chewy. Nice take-away though, look forward to trying some more of their dishes.

    When we have take away 9/10 it is from Royal Orchid. We love it. Delivery is always quick, often quicker than they say. Good food. Highly recommend it. Red and green cur rays are really good. Love the pork. Pad thai is great. Coconut rice is essential!

    we had the foods delivered to our office for lunch yesterday as weather was bad and we were too lazy to go out. And everyone loved it!!! Food is tasty, authentic thai! Too bad they only deliver to city. Anyway, we'll definitely order some more thai lunches soon...
