    our delivery was over 2 and a half hours late. After 2 phone calls and some arguing we finally managed to get our food. They were telling us that we had given them a unknown address however after checking the invoice it turned out that it was correct but they somehow couldn't find our address in their gps maps system. considering we were only a 5/10 minute drive away it is ridiculous. and apparently we had been sent a cancellation email however we still haven't received anything. we were not happy   (Aaron - January, 2013)

    The food is great however the portion size for home delivery is pretty small. We always buy the takeaway $11.90 in store ones and they are twice the size of the $13.90 takeaway home delivered ones. We will not be likely to order this way again.     This has been the best investment I ever made on food! The quality was absolutely great, authenticity of the indian cuisine is really on its top notch. The service was great and timing was perfect. i'm most certainly glad to have found a genuine indian cuisine and will definitely be ordering a lot more often from this take away.   (Jane knows best - February, 2012)

    After waiting over an hour, we received the food and I noted the driver did not ask for my signature. Not thinking much of it (as we were very hungry), we continued watching our movie and ate dinner. Then I noticed a miss call and checked the voicemail. I couldn't understand the message but returned the call and found it was from the Sai Cuisine Indian Restaurant. I returned the call and she was very difficult to understand. She told me my credit card didn't work. Which I thought was very odd as I'd used it many times before online and when I entered the details on menulog I didn't get a error message. I asked her if she wanted me to give her the number again. She said no and said I should have given cash to the driver. But I said he didn't ask for it and I thought it was all paid for. I offered to provide another card. She accepted the details and then told me I had to come to the restaurant to sign for the food. Not much point ordering home delivery if I had driver over to pay. I said no and asked her why they gave me the food without payment. She said the driver will come back to my place for the signature. I told her he didn't the first time. She then put me onto the driver and I asked what they want from em and he said nothing. I was very upset by this and I don't trust this restaurant.     Love their food but service & delivery is patchy.. have had experience of delivery guy geting lost and taking 5 phone calls and 45 mins, to locate us on our own street.
