Chefs | Belinda Geary - As a co owner Belinda's passion for managing the floor and assisting Lorenzo in the kitchen is testimony to her dedication to making Sanders the best it can be. Belinda has spent most of her chef years at Tables along with Lorenzo and you will most likely see her beaming smile at the door to greet you on arrival. Lorenzo Crollini - Head chef and co owner Lorenzo was apprentice of the year at Est and followed this up with 4 more years at Tables Restaurant which earned a hat whilst under his care. His work in the kitchen is more art form than food as he strives to perfect everything that leaves his kitchen. |

Great location - simply spectacular & the food was well above average. Good albeit short winelist & very friendly, reasonably prompt service. Its a lovely location and a lovely night out here. Menu is a bit pricey for my tastes, but the fixed price special is good value and I recommend taking advantage of it. The setting is beautiful and the food was good. However, our meals took nearly an hour to arrive. Due to the wait, we ended up spending about $16 on bread. In a restaurant where the mains cost >$30 it is my firm belief that bread should be free of charge particulary when the main meals take a significant time to arrive.
