    Sanders Waterfront Restaurant has been an icon for a la carte and functions for nearly 20 years.

    The restaurant is located on d’Albora Marina which is in the inner west suburb of Cabarita (approx 15km from the CBD or Parramatta). We are a casual fine dining waterfront restaurant specialising in red meat, poultry, seafood and vegetarian dishes served with a modern Australian influence.

    Sanders sits on top of the water, offering its patrons an unobstructed 270 degree view up and down Sydney Harbour and recently we underwent a major renovation ensuring that the experience of dining at Sanders just went to the next level.

    Food is our passion and for over 15 years the SMH Good Food Guide has listed Sanders as a venue of choice for those who appreciate a gourmet delight.

    Regardless of the nature of your event the team at Sanders has the expertise and flexibility to make your next function or a la carte booking one to remember.

    Sanders cater for all business and personal events up to 120 seated and 200 standing. If you have a smaller function we can package up an exclusive or non exclusive function from as little as 15 guests.

    I picked this place for our 4 year weding anniversary. Its was warm and cosy on the waterfront considering the weather outside. Lorrenzo, our waiter was attentive, extremely polite and very helpful...

      I picked this place for our 4 year weding anniversary. Its was warm and cosy on the waterfront considering the weather outside. Lorrenzo, our waiter was attentive, extremely polite and very helpful with the menu. Food was spectacular. We had the scallops and fresh oysters followed by the Beef tenderloin and blue eye cod fillet. The midweek $39 2 course special is the best. Excellent all round. We'll be planning our functions for the rest of the year at Sanders.

      The location was lovely by the water with easy parking. The food was acceptable for the price but took some time to arrive. The waiters whilst friendly when taking orders were not attentive at any other stage. The addition of a surcharge definitely influenced my rating for value for money.   (ellen - January, 2010)

    Chefs

    Belinda Geary - As a co owner Belinda's passion for managing the floor and assisting Lorenzo in the kitchen is testimony to her dedication to making Sanders the best it can be. Belinda has spent most of her chef years at Tables along with Lorenzo and you will most likely see her beaming smile at the door to greet you on arrival.

    Lorenzo Crollini - Head chef and co owner Lorenzo was apprentice of the year at Est and followed this up with 4 more years at Tables Restaurant which earned a hat whilst under his care. His work in the kitchen is more art form than food as he strives to perfect everything that leaves his kitchen.

    Private Functions

    For groups of 12 or more we have a package to suit ever ones budget. What is unique about Sanders is that we serve you like a Fine Dining Restaurant instead of your typical function centre. Everyone gets a choice of the meal they want to eat and it come out freshly cooked and NOT freshly re heated. Whether it be a wedding, christening, birthday or any other function we have all the facilities to make the event a true success.

    Business/Corporate Functions

    When was the last time you held a seminar or presentation on the water. For a unique way to motivate the team host your next function at Sanders. We have a huge Plasma screen to use for your presentations, whiteboards and flip charts and after the day is done everyone can enjoy a true five star meal to complete the event.
