About Season Thai

Season Thai opened in 2009. Our chefs use the freshest ingredients, herbs and sauces and combine four tastes of spicy, sour, salty and sweet to create Thai cuisine with a full range of flavours. We aim to meet our customers' tastes, spicy to mild, and can prepare gluten free, vegetarian or halal food. Please mention your needs to our staff. Our new restaurant is designed for your comfort and enjoyment, looking out over trees. Every season is Season Thai, so whether you want to dine in, take away or have home delivery keep us in mind whenever you want a quality meal.

I have not been ordering food from Season Thai for almost half a year. I am very disappointed with the quality of food tonight. Seemingly the cooking skills are far below my expectation. The Crying Wagyu Tiger tastes like Beef Jerky; the duck herb is so spicy that we cant even enjoy it; and fried pumpkin is alright, nothing special. I don't think we will get any takeaway from Season Thai in the near future. (Amanda - January, 2013)

Dont order take away from here!!
The food is delicious if you go in and sit down, but when you order take away they dont care about their service. The Duck was incredibly over cooked, and if you ask for extra sauce, they dont care, and they give you the normal amount. I am 1 minute down the road, yet the delivery time is horrible, told me 1 hr, took 1hrs and 45 mins. But if your ordering from here, get delivery, because the one time I went to pick it up, I sat there for an extra half an hour after they said it would be ready until it was ready! This is possibly the worst experience, I was told my meal would arrive within 50minutes of my order, which I accepted however 95 minutes later I finally received my meal, & part was incorrect.
The best part was finally finishing my meal 3 hours after my order when a new mail meal was delivered...

What a rip off! Thai beef salad consisted of four small pieces of beef over cooked, a handful of salad leaved, one cherry tomato and three slivers of onion, not a herb in sight and the tiny amount of sauce was inedible all that for $18.90. I have had larger entrees. Pad Thai was a good size serving, but was greasy and had no vegetables except onion. Previous owners did the best spring rolls, new spring rolls are not nice. We often order from Season Thai & the quality of food is generally very good. Biggest issue for us is timeliness of delivery and actually receiving what we ordered - on three recent orders, we have had issues in this regard. Food is still good however. (Chris - March, 2012)
