    Terrible, my food never showed up. They told me my order would take 45 mins and I called after waiting an hour, they told me it was JUST coming out of the oven. Assuming positive intent, I persisted and waited another 30 mins. Nothing. Waited ANOTHER 30 mins. Nothing. Called again after waiting over 2 hours for my food and was told the the delivery guy's car had broken down. Fair enough but how about a call?? Won't order again from them again as their food is average and they clearly do not care about their customers. It is a simple thing to apologise and call to inform your customer's as to what is going on.   (Stefanie - March, 2013)

    Food turned up earlier than expected, but we were horrified to discover that the garlic bread was clearly moldy! That raises some serious questions about their standards of food storage/preparation. When we called to complain they didn't offer so much as an apology but simply a refund or replacement. Having said that, the pizza wasn't too bad - contrary to other reviews it arrived hot and not soggy. But the garlic bread did make us wonder whether we should be suspicious about the pizza ingredients...   (Caesar - November, 2012)

    Food came 20 minutes after expected time - not too disappointing, however i ordered 1 small pizza, 1 garlic bread and a salad.

    instead i got 2 small pizzas and a salad

    i haven't yet tasted the salad but the pizza is amazing

    Friends recommended this place so we decided to try it, the first order was very delicious, hot and fast delivery. I don't know what happened after that though. I had ordered a few times after that. The pizzas have wayyyyy to much cheese on it thats all you can taste which spoils the pizza, its drowned in cheese. We stopped ordering from other places because of this problem.. The delivery people are always so nice and pizza is always delivered on time.   (Mimi - February, 2011)

    Delivery arrived half an hour later than the estimated time (90 minutes after order placed). Also sent wrong drinks - ordered Coke and got Pepsi Max.
