A good, honest place to eat. Very nice vegetables. Staff were down to earth. Went in a group of 12 and all commented favourably. Will go again. (Hog's Breath - See my reviews (3) - November, 2008) Overall 5 - Food 7, Ambience 4, Value 6, Service 3
Nice large meals albeit stock-standard pub menu. Watery, tasteless gravy masking as pepper sauce the only downpoint. Went for lunch but had to chase up staff. (stuporman - November, 2007) Overall 9.5 - Food 10, Ambience 9, Value 9, Service 10
What a fantastic place to visit. We were greeted and welcomed by the owner and were able to sit next to the open fire place, which was lovely on a cold winters night. The meals were large, quick and yummy. Next time we visit Hobart, we will definately be visiting The Shamrock. (Megsy - September, 2007) Overall 8 - Food 10, Ambience 6, Value 6, Service 10
Made feel at home, welcomed by the owner, great night out and will return (Deboop - See my reviews (2) - June, 2007) |
