Spanish Tapas

  The service is terrible, it took a very long time to get served and for our food to come and even for the waiter to bring bread and water to the table. This is the third time that I've been where the EFTPOS machine has been "down" and they only accepted cash. When we asked them for change to break up one $50 note they said that there was no change in the till. Hard to believe when it was cash only. The food was great but not good enough to make us go back again.   (marlo - July, 2012)

  Another unhappy customer, I won't be visiting the Restaurant again.

  Please let me know also if your spanish paella was way to salty.

  If you want a good restaurant and FUN TIME with good service DO NOT GO here You will walk out thinking I won't come back here again.

  The staff that are overseas backpackers are great. BUT the boss is an older guy who is plain RUDE. He actually wants to be Rude to the customers.   (srsmonty - See my reviews (2) - December, 2011)

  We were very unimpressed with the service at this restaurant. We telephoned twice to ask if they could cater for coeliacs and were assured that they could. They agreed that we could order from the menu instead of having a group tapas and they offered to charge $10 less because we didn't drink sangria. We confirmed this when we arrived at the restaurant. Our order arrived about 2 hours after we ordered. Half of the plate was fried which meant we couldn't eat it. We were charged for the full tapas menu and unlimited sangria despite our phone calls and agreement with management earlier. We will not be going back there again.   (Andy - September, 2009)
