      I had the opportunity to dine at SSS BBQ Barn for Mother's Day. It was a wonderful experience had by all of 6 people that dined at my table. The starters were fantastic and finished off with the succulent rib and steak combo which was to die for!!! My children really enjoyed their version of ribs in the children's meals, with sticky faces from their ribs that they loved. But best of all, a big thank you to the staff at SSS BBQ Barn Cessnock, their service was delivered perfectly with their wonderful personalities and smiles!!! Thank you   (May, 2010)

      I really like SSS, I like the relaxed atmosphere sitting around the bar with peanuts (and popcorn for the kids) until we're ready to sit down. The food was good. There seemed to be too much food for the dishes eg, lots of salad in a little bowl, made it hard to eat cleanly and lots of dinner on a fairly small plates, meal sizes are good just too much for the dishes they're on. Tables were a bit wonky which was hard to eat off when we had 3 put together. Love the colouring activities for the kids, drinks were good and service was good too. Overall a good experience.
