Chef	Albert - is executive Chef and owner of Sun Wah Restaurant. Albert's drive and passion for food was born from his father learning all the skills and technique in asian cookery when he took over his reins. Rowena started at the bottom end of food service working for major catering companies and hotels and have passed on their skills to the ever creative innovative menus at Sun Wah Restaurant & Sun Wah Group V - the functions and catering division. We have been fortunate to have catered and represent events in Hong Kong and Macau along with the GP, Spring Carnival and the Melbourne Town Hall events.
