      Having to stay in Launceston weekly through my employment I almost always dine at the Cateract Bistro. The food is great, the service exemplary and the staff friendly. My only suggestion would be to change the menu a little more often. I highly recommend this restaurant.   (August, 2009)

      The Cataract Bistro in the TRC Hotel was a fantastic experience! The food was divine, the service was outstanding & the restaurant is lovely - great music, spotlessly clean & very well appointed. Our waitress (Bianca) was very sweet and extremely professional. Even the children were catered for with colouring-in's at a separate table! Highly recommended, don't miss it if you're in Launceston!!   (See my reviews (11) - July, 2008)
