  • I think the layout etc of the online menu was very good, and the explanation of what the menu items were were excellent. The only improvement I can think of is perhaps if pictures of the food were also available.

    The small delivery cost, quick auto reply with expected time etc were excellent. Will definitely use this again.

  • Hi. This is the first time I have actually placed an order through with MenuLog (with the incentive of a free Xmas voucher from Artog.com / MenuLog) which encouraged me to try your services. So far, it has been really easy and user-friendly, and I appreciate the instant confirmation of my order through SMS and email with the restaurant details and delivery info.   • A little more choice. I'm not sure if it's not politically correct (please excuse me if it is), I was looking for Chinese food and could not find a restaurant based on the choices available. Otherwise a fantastic service.

  • Certainly an efficient avenue of ordering a delivered/takeaway meal. Order when you are planning or soon to consume a meal and in most instances the ordering is user-friendly.
