Delivery came 1.5 hrs after ordering. Had to spend 5-10 minutes showing them my emailed receipt from menulog saying I had used my card because they wrote down "unpaid"

The butter chicken tasted like they had dumped a load of sugar on it, the garlic naan bread was cold when it arrived, they took over an hour to deliver the food and forgot the drinks + sauce that was asked for.
They took an extra hour to come back with the drinks, and I had asked for sprite but they brought lift instead (which I don't drink) rather than calling and letting us know so we can chose something else.

Absolutely appalling and very rude when I called to complain.
Very little meat and the sauce was like mud coloured water - even if it was edible there was only enough total food to feed half a person.
After calling to complain the woman there was very rude to me.

Very bad food. Greasy bahji, greasy samosa! Flavourless vindaloo and the beef was like old boots. I'd say the food was sitting on the hot counter all day... Ordered from here five times, must say the last couple of orders have been disappointing. The butter chicken and lamb coconut curry were far too sweet, like someone had poured a bag of sugar into the pot. We couldn't even finish the butter chicken. Also they have stopped offering a free dhal or can of coke for orders over $60. Will give it six months or so before trying this place again hoping the food improves. Am not one to normally put up a bad review, but this deserves a mention.
They forgot a naan and the peshwari naan had no nuts in it as advertised, but accidents happen. However, the curries were congealed in their containers as though they had been sitting there a long time. They were about 25% oil, where I poured it off and tasted less than average. The supposed Malai Kofta was some weird flour-like mix with sultanas and strangely seemed very similar to the fillings of the peshwari naan. The cheese naan had one piece of cheese in it. The pakoras reminded me of fried coleslaw and were so foul they were just inedible. They went straight in the bin with the kofta. Which was lucky, as the next day I felt pretty sick! Very poor delivery service. Took OVER 90min between ordering and delivery (even though I was told 40min). Had to call twice and still no delivery!
Last time I ordered it wasn't great, but I thought it was a one off!!! It wasn't!
Was meant to get free entree and dessert - I had to call them. The man on the phone didn't believe me and I had to call the manager about it. This also happened the 1st time I ordered.
Finally, food was cold when it finally arrived!

Both the vegetarian and lamb korma were so sweet they were inedible! It literally made me feel sick. The vegi korma also came without potatoes. Not as advertised. I have eaten from here a few times before and they always forget to bring the drinks also. From reading past reviews, it seems they fail at cooking dishes that require any sort of cream. Always delivers to Marrickville within 40mins I've never had them deliver late. The food is consistently good, I've ordered from this place for over a year.
