Balti
This is an immigrants version, straight from the curry joint's of UK! The sub continental late night curry houses of UK come up with this delicious style of cooking. A thickly cooked curry whkh has an aromatic influence of fresh ginger, and daily roasted coriander seeds, add to that diced onions, capsicum and juicy tomatoes, it might be a bastardized version of a curry, but the POMS love it. Now that's great credentials!!

WARNING. Ordered well in advance so food would arrive for our guests. Waited an hour-and-a-half beyond the confirmed delivery time. Called several times, was promised callbacks which never came. Finally the restaurant called to apologise - too late; our evening ruined. Just not good enough. With service like this it doesn't matter how good the food is. Peter March 2012

Took two hours to have $80 worth of tepid food, pakora etc dripping in oil and really average curry delivered. Couldn't eat it. Previous orders have been fine but not this time. Threw it out and had toast instead.

we ordered online and got an SMS saying our food would arrive in 20 minutes, at 8.40. We rang at 9.00 and were told it would be another 15 minutes. In fact it arrived at 9.40 so 90 minutes after we'd ordered, and an hour after the quoted time. We were told that the SMS was 'automatic' and didn't mean anything. Well, why do it then? It just makes your customers annoyed... The food wasn't that hot when it arrived, and although it was quite tasty we won't bother buying from TT again.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday. Food was great. The Paneer Saagwala was delicious. The Aloo Gobhi was a little bit too spicy for me, but I'll ask for a mild version next time. Onion bhaji and pappadams were also good. Delivery time was an hour, but the delivery guy was on time and friendly. Will definitely order again.

I hate to say it because I love the food, but I can't recommend Tandoori Times for delivery. We have ordered twice from here, and both occasions the order has been incorrect and it has taken far too long to rectify. I'm still waiting for our (correct) food to arrive 2.5 hours after we originally ordered.

The food does take longer than average to deliver but this is by far the best most authentic indian restaurant in the area. I think the price is very reasonable for the quality of the food. Very spicy so ask for mild if you can't handle hot food.

Speed was as promised, exactly 45 minutes. Food was beautiful, the vindaloo was really good and the rogan josh was amazing - very much on the spicy side though, I love my spice, but this was one of those dishes that was so good that I couldn't stop eating it and suffer through the spiciness. Washed down very well with the mango lassi.
- Overall 8 | Food 8 | Value 7 | Speed 9
Really nice and fast delivery. The lamb, as others have said, was a bit fatty though. Otherwise, very good.
- Overall 5 | Food 8 | Value 6 | Speed 1
The food was good apart from the deep fried vegetables however that was only because the order took 2 hours to arrive and everything was cold. I rang the restruant several times only to shrugged off even when I wanted to cancel the order.

We had the banquet which was huge and very tasty. A good combination of dishes and lots of bread. The tandoori entrees were good, but agree on some of the other comments re the beef - parts were fatty. But all in all, great value and generous servings.

The delivery driver had car troubles so I am not well placed to judge their normal delivery times. But the food was great... certainly the best quality Indian food deliverable in my area.

Very impressed with the delivery time....1 minute after receiving the confirmation time our doorbell rang!!! We thought we were going to have to wait for ages!! Food was quite satisfying and good quality- chicken breast good but beef a little grissly and tough. Not your typical 'classic' indian menu with a lot more choice than normal. We should have stuck to our classic favourites though as the adventurous choices we made weren't that great on our taste buds. Also please note, there was nothing wrong with portion sizes as previously mentioned in other reviews.

Delivered about half an hour faster than expected. I didn't even have enough time to cook the rice. Excellent.
