This is NOT vietnamese food, but greasy Chinese style (and you'd get much nicer in your average Chinese take-away). Delivery was exactly when required, but one part of our mixed entree was missing and the food was really oily and not tasty. (Cynthia - See my reviews (2) - August, 2011)

It took us 2 hours to get the food delivered. We had to call the restaurant several times to ask where our order was. Each time we were told it would be "soon". When the order arrived, it was barely warm and a number of items were incorrect. (Roz - May, 2011)

Took over an hour and a half... They then wanted payment which had been pre paid. The food was cold and uneatable, to the point we had to throw all food out and had toasted sandwhiches. Rang and they blamed it on the weather, as it was raining!
It was so cold the oils and fat had set in white on top. No apology no nothing. Just the lady laughing saying oh it is because of the weather, because it's raining. Very Unimpressed and will never order from Tay Ho again.
