Large Groups Information
Group booking policy •Tentative reservations for functions are held for 7 days only.
•Confirmation of function is based on receipt of a signed copy of the Function Booking Sheet, including a 25% deposit.
•Final numbers & food choices are required 3 days prior to the function - otherwise charges will be incurred by you based on original numbers quoted & any costs previously borne by HH.
•Balance of payment is due strictly on the day/evening of your function.
•The signatory of this booking is liable to pay all monies due under this contract.
•Consumption of ‘outside’ food or beverages is not permitted within the premises.
•The client assumes responsibility for damage caused by any guests attending the function within the venue.
•Menus, pricing and conditions are subject to change to allow for market increases and product availability. Changes will be notified in writing.
•Cleaning is provided at no cost. Additional cleaning charges apply if the function creates cleaning needs above & beyond normal cleaning.
•We adhere to a strict house policy and responsible service of alcohol. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or the serving of alcohol.
•Hungerford Hill’s liquor license extends to 11.30pm Monday-Saturday and 10 pm on Sunday.
•. A 10% surcharge applies to any function / group dinner bookings of 15 or more people.
•A 3% surcharge applies to all AMEX and Diners Club card transactions
Group cancellation policy A full refund of the deposit will be provided upon written advice of cancellation being received within 60 days of function. A full refund less 25% will be provided upon written advice of cancellation being received within 30 days of function. A non-refundable deposit applies to cancellations within 14 days of function.
