How your order is processed:

  1. Your order is transmitted to this restaurant the instant you submit your order,
  2. The restaurant confirms your order and advises us of the current delivery estimate,
  3. You automatically receive a confirmation email and/or sms with the updated delivery estimate AND contact information for the restaurant (should you experience any issues with the food or delivery),
  4. Menulog customer service representatives monitor orders to ensure they are confirmed immediately by the restaurant,

    I can't rate the food as I never received it. This is the 2nd time I've ordered online & they rang within 5 mins to say they couldn't deliver. Why offer delivery if you can't provide it? Order cancelled & I won't get my money back for 5 days! I won't be ordering from them again & will take my business elsewhere.

    I just spent $56.60 on 4 containers that were not even full. While the food was good, it wasn't good enough to forgive the small portions. I tried them a few years ago and had the same experience but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. I won't make that mistake again. Also I was meant to get a free softdrink with my order, but didn't.

    My husband & I both love hot tasty food, however we ordered from here for the first time yesterday and all you could taste was chilli, so much that you couldn't eat the dish. What a shame.

    I ordered at 1844 was told food would arrive at 1929. I rang restaurant at 2010, they said there was nothing they could do, problem is with menulog not sending the order immediately. I find that hard to believe as they sent me a text within 5 mins of order being placed.Lukewarm food arrived at 2025. Not happy at all, will not be ordering from Thai Spice again

    Very surprised this place has such a good score, very disappointed in their food, just terrible. Reviews are either great or really really bad? Must have different chefs using different recipes? Wont be revisiting.

    Placed my order at 5:58pm for 6:15pm delivery and around 6:25 it was there to be picked up. Even it's Saturday Night where the restaurant is busy they managed it well. Food is as usual delicious!!

    Terrible food took over an hour to be delivered, when it finally arrived it was cold, hard and unappetising. Rang the restaurant while waiting and was told food was on the way, 5 minutes later driver rang to say he was just leaving. Food was awful when it finally arrived.

    There food is delicious, no question. Saturday nights are obviously very busy tough for take away, wrong order delivered and items missing. However, they were very prompt in replacing missing items and redid the incorrect dish, no questions asked.

    Just terrible experience. Meal was ordered few days ahead. Arrived two days before it was needed/booked. On the correct date, they called me informing that they didn’t have ingredients for one of my dishes – duck. After lengthy conversation, the Lady didn’t understand English, we agreed on a replacement dish. About forty minutes past the agreed delivery time, I called the restaurant. I was told that they didn’t have my address…Finally after few more calls the meal arrived, one dish again different to what it was to be: curry instead of stir fry. Will never order anything from then again.

    After an hour with no delivery, rang the restaurant who said they didn't know where the driver was and could we go and pick the food up. When told we couldn't they offered 10% off our next meal which I said was a joke. They then said they'd try to contact the driver and ring us back. When they didn't ring back, rang them again and was told another driver was going to do the delivery and they'd refund 50% of the price. New driver finally showed up and they refunded as promised plus 2 free cans of drink. Seems to be either on time or very very late. Food was great.

    Normally I wouldn't bother to provide feedback. I just don't go back to the same restaurant. But this was tasteless & overpriced, even with discount, against it's competitor. Disappointing - massaman beef was tough, laksa okay, but other dishes unfortunately were tasteless. Speed was pretty good.

    This was only the 2nd time we used delivery. The first time it was late but at least we got a free drink. This time when the food didn't come we rang the restaurant. The boss said to tell the driver to ring him when they arrived to work out a discount since we'd already paid for it through Menulog. When they arrived we were given the full book of excuses - "I only just moved here"; "I'm only new"; "My GPS sent me around the world". When I told her what the boss said: "I left my phone at the restaurant". She could've written a book of excuses. Anyway, food was lukewarm as expected and underseasoned. Most likely the last time we'll order from them, or if we do it'll definitely be back to pick-up.

    Disgraceful and will not go back if it is going to be this irregular- we have eaten in house and this was our second home delivery. Asked for Medium and all dishes were HOT and inedible - we are regular curry eaters and know what to expect. SMS to advise delivery time came AFTER the food arrived in 1.3 hours.

    The food and friendliness of the driver was great, but the last two orders have been very late. The first time the sms came very late confirming the order and so the order was very late. This time the sms came quickly but the food didn't....

      An enjoyable suburban experience. For a Tuesday night the restaurant was quite busy which is a good indication of the quality of the food. Relatively cheap (the most expensive item was $25) and BYO the staff were friendly and attentive and the courses fragrant, tasty, fresh and spicey. Just what your local Thai should be. I'll be back.

      There were 10 of us in total including 4 kids under 12. All the dishes were very tasty (although I would have liked it better if the pieces of chicken wrapped in bamboo were a little bigger). I highly recommend their Tom Garr (not sure of the spelling), it was absolutely devine with all the fresh aromatic herbs such as lemon grass and gallangal! We were allocated the "function room" so it was very comfortable and intimate despite the rest of the restaurant being completely full and extremely busy that night (Mother's day). The service was good with the staff very friendly and accomodating. I'm sure we would have received even better service if it wasn't extremely busy (we ran out of rice a few times and had to keep requesting for more). Overall, we all enjoyed the food, ambience and service. We would definitely go back again.

      Living in the 'burbs and having a place like thai spice is a blessing... tasty food (even if a dish or two are of a cheaper cut) flavour is not comprised. Timing they will follow your instuctions or serve as they do when they are ready not all at once like we westerners have been trained to eat.place looks fabulous open kitchen. we love it and it is child friendly..       been there twice, both times disappointed. food over salted and cuts of meat very cheap and over cooked. meals arrived at very different times for our table of only 6. had to chase up my entree and it seemed the staff member had a rudimentary understanding of English at best, following that i was served a main i did not order. rest of my family loves this place, it baffles me as to why. positives? cheap corkage and buzzy vibe. in one word... avoid
