How your order is processed:

  1. Your order is transmitted to this restaurant the instant you submit your order,

    Food & Value good, pitty I had to ring an hour & a half later to find out the order hadn't been processed, hense another hour wait... Hope it's only teething problems like I was told.

    I was very unhappy with the quality of my Chicken Parma and chips, seemed like they had been sitting around for a while then microwaved for me. also the pizza my wife got was missing one of the toppings and was prettty bare. they delivered fast though.

    Speedy delivery, pasta was the best & nice to have a Caesar salad with things in it not just lettuce !!! Pizza was a little plain but all in all will be having it again ! Yummy !!!

    We order at least weekly with Pizza Box, at first the meals were great but lately they havent been as good. I usually order the Calamari main meal but after the one I got on Friday (less the 10 pieces, unbattered and undercooked chips) i'm feeling quite disappointed.. Usually the servings were overflowing with great value for money. We had just moved to the area, thought we found the perfect takeaway place, but now it seems we might have to shop around for better value.

    i order from pizza box 2-3 times a week no more today i got a peace off glass in my pizza and i rANG THEM AND THEY WHERE HPPY TO SEND ME A OTHER IZZA BUT DID NOT KNOW WHERE THE GLASS COME FROM AS THERES NO GLASS IN THE SHOP THE MANAGER MAN CALLED john TOLD ME THIS ON THE PHONE SO IM LEFT UNHAPPY CUT MOUTH FROM THE PIZZA AND BEEN TOLD LIES ABOUT HOW OR WHERE THE GLASS COME FROM IV KEEP THE OIZZA AND GLASS AND IM NOT HAPPY LETS SEE WHAT CONSUMER AFFAIRS HAS TO SAY ABOUT THIS

    The food is fresh and with lots of produce. My caesar salad was amazing, with egg, anchovies and the lot especially the parmesan cheese. My husband had the meat lovers with egg and said he would not get it from anyone else every again after eating from the Pizza Box. WE have now had 2 meals this week from them and we are very pleased with what we receive.

    Overall just very average. Came one night early, then on the proper night they came and even though i left strict instruction for all 6 pizzas ordered to not have any olives, there was olives all over them. Wont be reordering from there.

    I specifically asked for no onions in my carbonara tortellini as i am allergic to them. yet they were still in the pasta. had to give it to the pets. we're 25mins late and when i rang up to enquire they were rude. not going to order from them again.
