Re-visited the Astor after quite a long hiatus. I was greatly pleased that my romanticised memories were not exaggerated. We had excellent meals, well presented in the Old World ambience with well mannered staff - the latter lacking in so many of today's restaurants. Not quite 'yester-years' prices, but 'yester-years' service and attention to the whole experience, not just the food.   (Peter of Hobart - September, 2009)

We couldn't fault our experience at the Astor Grill recently. Generous servings of beautiful dishes - the crayfish pate with croissant toast and the veal marsala were highlights. We went for a special occasion and we were not disappointed.   (CJ - See my reviews (51) - March, 2009)
