      The food as always was fantastic, but let down by an extremely noisy restuarant - couldn't hear anyone on our table without shouting. Waitress was hopeless, barely even spoke english, and stuffed up our order three times. Took forever for our food to arrive despite restaurant only being only a 1/4 full, and good thing we had lost our appetite by the time it did, because she "lost" part of our order - two garlic breads and one pizza.   (Natalie W - See my reviews (9) - February, 2009)

      Our group of 6 for lunch today 29/06/08, we had to wait for over 1 hour for the pizzas this was largely due to having only 1staff member serving. We had to ask for drink orders twice, these took over 15 minutes to arrive and the waiter failed to provide beer glasses and appeared completely unistered in providing high standards of service, in fact he seemed totally uninterested. As regular customers, we have noticed a major downturn in the service, food and personalised attention. The standrds have gone from outstanding to extremely poor.   (Jim Campbell - June, 2008)

      The worst service in Dee Why. It firstly took 30 mins to get a jug of water. The entree came at the same time as the main meal. We asked for a bottle of wine to be opened, they opened it an left it on the counter so we had to go and get it ourself. The attitude of the waitresses was pathetic... Pizza's however were excellent, just a shame you have to go through a waitress to get them...   (See my reviews (7) - July, 2007)
