      By far the best restaurant on the northern side of Brisbane and we locals would know! Fantastic, professional, friendly service every time we have been. The meals are of an exceptionally high standard, I can not understand some of the negative comments posted here as we have never had one thing to complain about with meal quality, exceptional! Unique and different dishes are what set this establishment apart from the otherwise mundane and boring menus on offer at other Brisbane restaurants. A haven for those of us that suffer with coeliacs, with many gluten free options as standard menu items. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and a great line up of live artists, don't go expecting a five star hotel style restaurant complete with posh (read 'snobby') attitude or decor (not that it is shabby here by any means) and you won't be dissapointed!!   (north side local resident - November, 2010)

      Had the most wonderfull dinner last night. we walked in to this beautiful restaurant by the coast in Scarborough and unfortunately we didn't get a table but we did get a seat up at the marble bar - next time i will know to book ahead. the food was delicious, there was a pianist playing, service was speedy definately up there with the best not too formal but definately classy.   (Margaret - See my reviews (2) - November, 2010)

      The food was average, i ordered a Eye fillet cooked Medium and it was cooked rare-when you are paying $38.00 you expect something simple like that to be done. The best part was the ambiance and being by the fire, shame their food didn't measure up to the same level.   (July, 2010)
