      We used to go for breakfast every Saturday for about 3 months until the service, quality and portion sizes all took a dive, often you would get ignored and have to wait an hour for a cold dish left under lights for the last 30 minutes, after 3 appalling experiences in a row we gave it away.   (Marvin - See my reviews (2) - October, 2010)

      We were unfortunate enough to experience the Grill on public holiday with a group of 6 people. The service was average as we were told in no apologetic fashion that because of the crowds it would be 30mins before our orders where taken and almost ushered out. If it wasn't so busy everywhere else we would have left there and then. The food was horrible. The "Barra" tasted like Swan Carp and there was so much sand in the salad 4 of the six meals were almost unedible. Although we understand it was a busy time we would have been willing to wait another hour for better food. Very disappointing.   (Charly - See my reviews (23) - April, 2009)

      Terrible service, extremely slow. It took 15min to have the order taken, over 30min before the entre arrived, about an hour before we got our main. Then the food was dry an burnt. After we complained the waiter didn't seem to care, telling us that if we wanted another one it was going to be at least another 20min!!!       Use to be the pits a few years ago but have improved alot.

      Food is good though I can never read their menu.

      Service could be a little better but would recomend this to the overrated place next door.

      A good steak is what I look for in a restaurant and generally it is what I order. When looking at the menu they have a variety of steaks with one being the huge 500g steak which is good value. However, asking for medium rare and recieving a tough steak limits the experience a little. The atmosphere is suited more for family dining rather than couples. While the service was like most places, good or just ok depending on which staff member served you. Overall I rate this 3 stars.   (See my reviews (2) - May, 2008)

      Had a lovely lunch at Jade, very impressed. Generous tasty portions, a great wine selection and value for money. The service was prompt and friendly and overall a great first impression of Jade. Something for everyone.Definately be back.

      We had the best experience at the marina to date. The staff looked after us and before we thought about asking for something, they had already offered what we needed! It made our celebration on Sunday most enjoyable. The Food was also amazing and the amount per serve was perfect. All 5 of us walked away happy and content. Many thanks to Jade's staff !
